Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Vegetable recipe using Oven Roasted Garlic Mix.



For 4 Person(s)


  • 1 tbsp low-fat Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 head of Cauliflower (florets)
  • 1 package A Spice Above Oven Roasted Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 tsp fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Chives

    Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Directions

    1. Steam cauliflower in a steam or saucepan until tender, roughly 10 minutes.  If using a saucepan, fill with roughly an inch of water.  Place half the cauliflower and Oven Roasted Garlic in a food processor and blend on high until smooth.  Add remaining cauliflower, Oven Roasted Garlic, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.  Blend until smooth.  Garnish with fresh chives.
